Refund policy

We hope you love your products as much as we do!  However, if you wish to start a return, please let us know at Dalyas@shopdalyas.com within 30 days so we may initiate the return process. We will be unable to process your return if you send the item back to us without contacting us first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

Refunds
Upon review and receipt of the returned item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
