1. How long does it take to ship from Dalyas to me?
For an item that is in stock and Ready to Sell (RTS), items purchased prior to 2PM CST are shipped the same day. RTS items purchased after 2PM are shipped next day. This is dependent on postal carriers and their hours.
For an item that is pre-ordered, we will include information on the Estimated Time of Arrival from the supplier on the product page. We will ship items within 10 business days of receiving the shipment.
We offer standard shipping, which is typically 2-4 business days of transit time, and express shipping, which is typically 1-2 business days of transit time to be on your doorstep!
We always include a tracking number in our shipments that are sent to your email address.
Unfortunately, there are times when packages may be lost, stolen, or delayed due to circumstances we are unable to control. In those events, we will do our best to make the situation right.
2. Does Dalyas accept returns?
If you are not happy with your item, we will do our best to accommodate a return. Please notify us at dalyas@shopdalyas.com so we may review your request.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the item and the item must still have tags and be unworn.
If a refund is approved, we will notify you of the amount to be refunded and will email you a shipping label to mail back your item. Shipping cost at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
